MONOPOLY Utility Trails Slot - How to Play

Play with the Cluster Pays mechanic on MONOPOLY Utility Trails.

Cluster Symbols

Wins are awarded whenever at least five symbols form a connected Cluster.

Clusters are a grouped combination of identical symbols where every symbol touches one or more other symbols of the type, horizontally or vertically.

Wild Clusters will only substitute for adjacent symbols.

Cascades

This feature is unlocked after each winning combination.

It removes winning symbols from the reels once the wins have been calculated.

The continue until no new wins are created.

Wild Symbols

Wild symbols substitute in for all other symbols, except Electric Company Bulb and Water Works Tap symbols, to complete wins.

When a Wild symbol is included in a winning combination, it explodes and is removed from the board.

Wild Tracks

This is triggered if a Golden Wild symbol appears in a column or row where a Golden Wild already exists.

Every symbol between the two Golden Wilds on that row or column is substituted for a Carriage Wild symbol.

If they form a square, the Carriage Wilds expand in order to cover all symbols within it.

Golden Wilds

Carriage Wilds that stay on the board after a cascade has taken place transform into a Golden Wild symbol.

Community Chest

These are 3x3 symbols and can be displayed at random on any spin or cascade.

If it appears, it opens to reveal a random cash prize of 5-1000x your total bet.

When the feature ends, the Community Chest explodes and is removed from the board.

Water Works

Collect 15 on the Water Works Tap meter to trigger this bonus.

Whenever one of these symbols land, it is added to the meter.

It will then explode and it removed from the board.

If you collect more than 15 symbols, they are not carried over when your bonus ends.

If the taps pour water, you will trigger one of two modifiers:

- Multiple clusters of different symbols are upgraded to match the cluster with the highest-value symbol

- Clusters of the same symbol are upgraded to the next highest-value symbol

This ends when a spin does not cause a cluster upgrade or when you are unable to re-trigger Water Taps.

Golden Wild symbols will not appear during this feature.

Electric Company

Collect 15 Electric Company Bulb symbols in the meter to trigger this bonus.

Whenever one of these symbols land, it is added to the meter.

If you collect more than 15 symbols, they are not carried over when your bonus ends.

All grid symbols will be replaced with a combination of Property cards, Chance cards and colour tiles during this bonus.

- Property cards - 0.5-25x your total bet - when they land they become sticky. If all positions are covered by Property cards, you will not play any further spins.

- Colour tiles - clusters of colour tiles explode and disappear. Should the match the colour of any property cards displayed, it will double the value of that card.

- Chance cards - revealing either a House or Hotel by flipping the card. Revealing a House sees the random property card value doubled. Revealing a Hotel sees the property cards present have their values doubled

Chance cards will explode and disappear after a multiplier is awarded.

You will receive three lives when this bonus starts.

Losing all three lives will cause the Electric Company to conclude.

If you fail to land a Property card, Chance card or Colour cluster on any given spin, you will lose a life.

Whenever a life is lost, the board re-spins.

Off the Rails Jackpot

This jackpot is triggered when the whole board is filled with Wild symbols on a spin in the base game.

There are two possible ways to fill the board with Wild symbols:

- On any spin, a Golden Wild symbol must be displayed in each corner

- Land 10 consecutive cascade wins during the base game - when this happens, you receive the Off the Rails Jackpot on the following cascade

The jackpot pays out as £20,000.
