Bubble-O-Meter Terms and Conditions
1. You must be a member of the website to participate in this promotion. By opting to participate, you agree for the duration of this promotion to comply with these promotional terms and conditions, which are subject to and incorporate the website terms and conditions (including the Reward Rules).
2. This promotion is only available for invited members.
3. This promotion consists of a series of weekly rounds (each a “Weekly Round”, together “Weekly Rounds”). Each Weekly Round will start at 12am on Monday and end at 11:59pm on Sunday.
4. To participate in this promotion, you must:
a. be logged in to your member account on the website;
b. place your first deposit and wager on the website at least 7 days prior to opting in in accordance with section 4 d. below;
c. visit the Promotions’ page of the website and access the tile signposting this promotion (the “Tile”). Members who view this promotion by any method other than through the Tile will not be eligible for this promotion;
d. opt in by clicking “Opt in” on the website; and
e. place a wager of the required minimum value mandated by your Level (as further explained in sections 7 to 10 below) or more on or across any slot game(s) on the website either as a single wager or as the aggregate of multiple wagers (the “Specified Wager”, together “Specified Wagers”) on any one day of the Weekly Round to be awarded a Bubble-O-Meter wheel to spin (the “Reward Wheel”) that could render an award of cash (the “Prize”, together “Prizes”). (Games played in demo mode are excluded from this promotion).
5. On meeting the wagering requirement set out in section 4 e., your Reward Wheel will be available to spin instantly, or in the event of technical issues, within 72 hours of the day during the Weekly Round, on which the wagering requirement set out in section 4 e. is met.
6. The Reward Wheel will be available to spin for 7 (seven) days from the date it is made available to you. Each Reward Wheel received can only be spun once.
7. Players will be grouped into one of four groups (each a “Group” each, together “Groups”). Each Group will consist of 4 levels (each a “Level”, together “Levels”). The Level you are currently in will determine the Specified Wager and the corresponding Prize available to be won through spinning the Reward Wheel.
8. Once members opt in in accordance with section 4 e. above, they will be able to access their progress bar under the Tile (the “Progress Bar”), which will show them per each Weekly Round: (i) their wagering spend contributing to the then current Specified Wager and the potential Prize to be won at that current Level and (ii) the additional wagering spend required to reach higher Level’s Specified Wager and unlock that Level’s corresponding Prize.
9. At the end of each Weekly Round, members’ wagering spend contributing to Specified Wagers will reset.
10. The Specified Wagers range from £10 to £1000, while the Prizes available to be won in this promotion range from £0.05 to £60. Each participating member will be able to see the exact value of their Specified Wager required to take part in this promotion and the Prize that Specified Wager could render on the Progress Bar.
11. The maximum amount of Reward Wheels to be awarded per member per Weekly Round is 4.
12. If you do not place any wagers at min. value required by the website or more, including Specified Wagers, within 28 days of opting in as outlined in section 4 d. above (the “Opt-In Period”), you will be opted out of this promotion. Once you’re opted out, in order to opt in again and be able to take part in this promotion, you must re-opt in in accordance with section 4 d. above, which will result in a new Opt-In Period beginning on that same day.
13. We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control, such as mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers. These terms and conditions do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.
14. Any member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe of this promotion; or (ii) after the timeframe of this promotion but before any Prize is credited, will not be eligible to win/receive any Prize.
15. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may take those actions set out in section 10.5 of the website terms and conditions. This includes excluding you from this promotion (whether you have already opted-in to the promotion or not) which may result in you no longer being eligible to win/receive any Prize.
16. Your deposit balance and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in section 5 of the website terms and conditions.
17. We may withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time and without notice for all members or selected members. If we do so, any Prize(s) you have received or otherwise accrued prior to this, will still be valid in accordance with the terms and conditions that applied at the time, or we will take such other measures as may reasonably be required to ensure that you are not otherwise disadvantaged.
