Live Baccarat - How to Play

Hands are dealt to both the banker and the dealer in this game.

The aim of Live Baccarat is to accurately predict whose hand will be closer to a sum of nine, or whether the game will result in a tie.

Eight standard 52-card decks are used in Live Baccarat.

    Betting

To place a bet, click on the particular area of the table that you wish to bet on.

One chip will be added every time you click the area.

    • Repeat - pressing this button will automatically bet on the same areas in the round
    • Double - this allows you to double the stake for that round
    • Undo -  reverts back to before your last action on the table

    Gameplay

Once the betting time expires, two cards are dealt to you and the dealer.

A third card will be dealt if the requirements of the Third Card Rule are fulfilled.

A maximum of three cards can be dealt to each hand.

The round ends in a tie if both hands are equal in value - any wagers placed on a tie will pay out when this happens.

The hands will draw in line with the Third Card Rules if the value of the initial hands equals zero to seven.

    Third Card Rules

For your hand to draw, the first two cards must total:

    • Zero to five - player's hand must draw
    • Six to seven - player's hand must stand
    • Eight to nine - natural (both hands stand)

For the Banker's hand to draw, the first two cards must total:

    • Zero to two - banker's hand must draw
    • Three to six - the third card added to the player's hand determines whether they draw or stand
    • Seven - banker's hand must stand
    • Eight to nine - natural (both hands stand)
